Hi, my name is Beth and I'm a bookaholic. I'm also NOT getting the hang of this whole scheduling books for blog posts thing. I determined I needed to blog less so I can read more in October but wouldn't you know it, there are SO many great books and I want to read and share them all!

It's officially Fall around here, y'all! Cooler temperatures and winds blowing from the north have me craving a hot mug of apple cider and longing for a thick cozy blanket to go with my beautiful stack of books.

One of my favorite avid reader bookish pleasures is discovering and enjoying a new to me author! Occasionally I will stumble upon a gem on my own but usually, new authors are recommended to me by fellow book blogger friends.
After spending a full and fun day with authors, bloggers, and readers of Christian fiction at CFRR in Nashville a couple of weeks ago, I realized I have not reviewed a book by one of my all time favorite authors! I do have one of her titles moving up the TBR stack but until then and because I love her so much, I'm featuring one of her titles this week on First Line Friday!
Y'all, I had the BEST time at the Christian Fiction Readers Retreat in Nashville!!! The event was exciting, refreshing, and encouraging! I got up at 4 a.m. to make the drive and ran on adrenaline and warm fuzzies until I made it back home at 10 p.m.
Happy Friday, y'all!!! I feel like I'm going in a dozen different directions at once this week. Hubby is moving to a different shift at work, we've started a new homeschool curriculum for the kids, and Christian Fiction Readers Retreat less than a week away!!!
The title I'm featuring today is next on my TBR and I've had my eye on it for a while now. I actually scheduled the whole series for review just in time for the third book's release next month! We'll see if my scheduling skills are improving or if I'll continue scrambling at the last minute for just the right words.
