Congratulations to the INSPY Award winners!
Since this is a season of celebrations in my little corner of the world, I want to wish an early Happy Canada Day to my northern neighbours (see what I did there? that’s especially for all my proper friends), Happy Independence Day to my fellow Americans, and a big hearty “Howdy, y’all!” and friendly wave for everyone else!
We are getting together with friends for a little party this weekend. I’m looking forward to lots of food, lots of kids, and lots of opportunities for me to snuggle other people’s babies! ????

I loved The One True Love of Alice-Ann, but I can’t count it as a June favorite. The Raven by Mike Nappa, Just a Kiss by Denise Hunter & The Noble Servant by Melanie Dickerson were some of my favorite reads this month.

I haven’t read any of these either, but I just started Ruth Logan Herne’s Back in the Saddle. I’ll work my way up to Peace in the Valley.
