We received this book as a gift when our first little cub was just a wee gal and it has been a mainstay through the last decade as our family has grown.

I hadn't read the books before so I had the added joy of meeting the Ingalls family for the first time with my children.
My 10-year-old daughter absolutely loved this story and I enjoyed it as well! Lady Elaine is a lovely little retelling of the King Arthur legend with a positive focus on family relationships.
