This wasn’t really a problem for me while I was breastfeeding and chasing toddlers but then I blinked and they are running off to play together while I’m slowly starting to pack on the pounds. I was ready to have more energy and fit into more than my sweatpants!
This is the most encouraging, motivating, and informative weight loss book I’ve ever read! Ingrid shares her own experiences and the knowledge she has gained in her own journey to a healthier lifestyle. The fact that she is a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach was so reassuring.
The information I found most helpful was the section on debunking myths, all about super foods, and how to crush cravings. Kick-Start the New You has everything from food lists and recipes to online support. Small side note: this fair-skinned, midwestern conservative, borderline frumpy mama was not prepared for Ingrid’s website and social media (looks like it’s warm in Florida, lots of skin showing)… Miami culture shock aside, I highly recommend this book to ladies ready to make a positive change in their life.

Originally born in Bogota, Colombia, Ingrid came to the United States in search of a better life. Now… this Latina, wife and mother of two is helping people across the globe increase the quality of theirs.
After struggling for many years with her weight problems, Ingrid developed a fun, effective, and practical fat loss system that allowed her to lose an astonishing 55 pounds in 90 days. This transformation worked wonders for Ingrid’s energy levels and self-confidence. Glad to know I am not alone! When I hit 26 last yearmy body decided it doesn’t like bread and pasta anymore….my favorite everything food. Yoga and HIIT workouts…here I come haha! Thanks for the review!
