Hello, reader friends! Summer reading season (or winter reading for our friends in the southern hemisphere) has come to an end! I’m always happy to share the stories I love most once or twice (or thrice) more so let’s chat about MY favorite reads of mid-2019 then I want to hear YOURS! There are some summer reads which I haven’t had a chance to review yet and I have a large tbr stack to enjoy this autumn too!
spotlights
Our most popular spotlights during these mid-year months were author interviews and lists! I’ll be working to create more posts just like these and I’m working on another cover love post as well. I always welcome your input and suggestions and appreciate your comments and post shares, reader friends!

Here are May through August’s additions to my all-time favorites! Some made me laugh, others made me cry, and y’all know me, I swooned a lot! The final genre is going to shock some of my loyal readers and it was a big surprise to me too but there’s no denying masterful storytelling, y’all!
