Wow! Our house is full of traditional Thanksgiving fixins and abnormally clean (thanks to our fevered binge cleaning last week) plus our Christmas tree is on full display… it looks like our holiday season is in full swing!
Unfortunately, we’ve had a windy, rainy, dreary sort of week here (and the thought of imminent social functions always sets me off kilter) so I think a little reading escape (at the very least for the sake of my sanity) is essential. Somewhere warm and relaxing sounds like just the ticket!
Christmas Diamond by Hallee Bridgeman
Faith Green shifted the bill of the cotton painter’s cap on her head and squinted out at miles and miles of the Florida Keys’ translucent turquoise waters.
*sigh* I feel better already. There’s just something special about that gorgeous Gulf vista, simply bringing it to mind soothes and calms me (and that’s a very good thing for my husband and children)!
